Everyone knows the CEX consolidation wars are ovah, along with crypto winter ar ar ar!! The exchange balance of power settled a while ago.  With king hell top of class in every biz model.  Binance, for one stop shopping- cexs and dexs and every feature anyone else has!!!   Coinbase, for actually publicly regulated, US safe, low featured white bread housewife's choice!!  Kucoin, for the pink sheets peeps!!

Then, to chase Binance,  OKX and Huboi & Bybit.  To chase Coinbase, Kraken!!!  Boatloads chase Kucoin.   

Gate is funny !!! Crypto is not legal in China, so GATE is the biggest Chinese exchange oh man no, no, we hate that chit.  OK, Gate is for those who are so politically hooked up in China that they don't care about the law? 

And of course, for the eco niche of massive bribery, client fund misappropriation, hacking the political system for competitive advantage, front running clients, playing favorites and doing pump and dump market manipulation, there was Sammy. 

With FTX taking a dirt nap, the competitive landscape really ain't that much different!   Unless your view was blinded cuz you fell for the FTX bull#$(*@$&#@ like all of London did AH ha ha ha!!! 

So, admit it or not, like it or not, BINANCE is the apex predator! Tthe most honest last man standing! The clear winner  & holder of a semi-monopolistic share of the market, maybe 60% of the top ten!! 

It's funny, with FTX embarrassing Maxime and Gary,  the stage is perfectly set!!! Let loose the PR attack dogs of war!! Binance must die, inshallah haibibi!!  Or at least conflate the failure of Sammy's house of lies with the clean debt free look of Binance!!!   Wait wait reading music:

The true story of the fall of FTX, Cliff notes truth version: we are telling ya cause we love ya, if ya know skip to the jokes.   Binance did VC to launch FTX.  FTX grew into a nasty thing, doing many nasty tricks including leveraging their own (and others)  worthless tokens 1000x their true (low low low) worth. 

One day, Sammy took his market manipulations game to some pairs in Binance.  It was obvious, CZ got pissed, and they shut down Sammy's reindeer games.  Sammy got pissed and started getting shirty with CZ.  Threatening him!!! Trett-tening him AH HA HA HA HA!  

More than one someone figures out loads is rotten in the state of FTX.  CZ said why the eff are we holding billion dollar bags of FTT helping this cheezy b-tthead??   FTT tanks, Sammy is exposed. 

Then, Sammy's bribes keep on paying!  The big PR machine fires UP!!! The Sammy rehab circuit is launched with the NYT, the WSJ,  dear readers know everybody pitying poor innocent Samster.  

It all ends very abruptly.  Sammy gave 40MM ++++ to Dems.  But one of Sammy's top five dudes, who gave 20mm+ to Reps, dropped a dime to the Bahama po-po - sammy stole client funds.  In 24 hours, Sammy was in the slammer. : The French may or may not do good work, but when they go out to impress visitors with fashion & art n lighting n all, they do REALLY good for thousands of years ar ar ar oooOOOOO!!!

Well, as long as we are being depressing, let's start with the worst first: CrazyDude clued us into a link that says Binance is playing games with the mix for BUSD.   Looking at wallets, Binance mixes in some weak TRON backed chitcoins until BUSD starts to depeg below   1.0002.  THEN, Binance mixes in some ETH backed chitcoins till the market places BUSD up a bit.  That's it.  That's the worst yer gonna hear from US baby!! Is that bad?? Dunno, biz is always the sausage game innit? 

After that, all the attacks on Binance are just badly written jokes.  Dreamed up by a pool of bitter, vicious crypto haters it's VERY FUNNY!!!! Pick one!!

Saying Binance has not disclosed liabilities when they have four times that we know of now, that's just sad and weak, only funny in repetition, like a shaggy dog rick roll joke.   Bigger funnies we need padawan!!

OK, the NEWEST most vicious attack on Binance - their auditors quit!! on them AND CRYPTO.COM and Kucoin!!! It's very funny, KUCOIN says eff off, Mazars, we already GOT the product we paid for!!  Crypto.com said the same thing, PoR audit complete, plus merkel trees live on their website.  Binance says sorry we can't work with you then.  The given for the temp pause by Mazars- people might misinterpret what our audit MEANS!!

Now THIS is a kneeslapping sidesplitter funny!!! Geez Mazars did it have NOTHING to do with the event it was 100% timed to support,Armanino  quitting audits of all crypto clients?? It's funny, ya know they asked other big crypto accountants to do the same, real firms like E&Y haven't answered then.  But war is declared, battle lines are drawn!! Mazars knows whose side they are on, CNBC too!! 

quitting is a situation comedyall by themselves.  First, Armanino is TRUELY "facing" serious legal problems.  Not just nasty tweets from Reuters, massive class action lawsuits naming Armanino, FTX, Sammy, Caroline and Gary Wang.   For being willfully blind to racketeering!! Armanino positively audited a hundred billion dollar firm that ran on Quickbooks, AH HA HA HA HA!!!! "oh, it's hard to audit crypto controls. "  WHAT?? QUICKBOOKS LMFAO!!!!!! like that's not worth mentioning in an audit report????
