Yes this is yet another of those posts that you may be all too familiar with - yes that post that has millions of budding entrepreneurs posting on almost every Cryptocurrency Forum and Crypto Enthusiast Website either that they own or don't, and yes you will have seen it right here on PublishOx - if you have not where have you been?
I am of course talking about that one post that starts pretty much like what you will read within a nice quotation box somewhere within this post... Should I say article?
Pi is a new digital currency developed by Stanford PhDs, with over 8 million members worldwide.
Now the reason why I am writing this piece is because I have to air some caution at those of you still twitching in respect to downloading the Pi Network App - There is nothing to lose really. It isn't costing you a penny or cent or satoshi whichever you prefer. The time is approaching a cut-off point for new invitations and new sign ups at Pi Network, plus the mining will at some point in the not too distant future half and half again to virtually nothing.
Also there are still some Pi Node applications still available... So if you have been twiddling your thumbs about how 'legit' Pi Network and its new token - incidentally spoken about in rather high regard as 'big as Bitcoin.' - it is as legit as it gets with conventions, white-papers, a big budget advertising scheme and a huge following and backing of over 8-million users and fast approaching 10-million - that if Pi Network Token and its team of Devs ever proved to be a scam... It would go down in the history of Cryptocurrency and will be talked about for many years to come.
Pi Network will see its token hit exchanges very soon. It is all a bit hush and quite a bit hyped, and anticipated by its members.
Valuations have been flying around and it isn't worth reading too much into, however speculation from members and some of those high up the Cryptocurrency ladder are talking up a figure that ranges from $0.05 USD to crazy figures well over $1000. 00 USD.
I prefer to say... And this is purely speculative, but given the hype, the users, the potential within the coming Pi Network Dapps... I am going to say that I honestly see Pi Network Token smashing into the Top-10 at around $3.00 to $5.00 USD, with a possible initial exchange dump settling the figure around $2.50 USD - but massive potential to push a big move beyond Ethereum and towards Bitcoin.
So... In short lol... ?? You have not got much time to be flapping about thinking about getting on board with Pi Network... Period
