Fancy a grilled cat? What about a lamb stake? I know that lamb meat is not everyone's favorite food but I like it now and then. If you know me or you follow me on socials ... you know I am a food lover and I invest in myself by buying and cooking my prime meats from scratch.

Phosphorus is essential for body growth and maintenance.
I have 2 prime cuts for lunch, and I made a habit to spice the meat up a night before and leave it in the fridge to marinade and flavor up. I spiced up the lamb with chilies for heat and rosemary, fennel and star anise to balance the fire!
The next day I had two stakes bursting with flavor! A symphony of cayenne peppers, nutmeg, turmeric, garlic, star anise, sage and many more herbs were ready for the pan.
Will share few tips I learned from Gordon... always take the meat out of the fridge 10 minutes before cooking, and always add extra spices as more then half will burn through cooking. Don’t fry it too long or you will ruin the meat and it’s flavor! Less is more when it comes to lamb!
The pan must be extra hot, and lamb only needs a drop of olive oil before cooking. I cooked my lamb stake for 2 minutes on a side and 2 on the other to keep the flavor.
You don't want to overcook lamb, so 4 minutes is enough for the right level of cooking. Just sprinkled some smoked paprika and Italian herbs on top before eating! Enjoy!

DYOR is essential but not always the key! I was browsing Harvest Finance for some new pools to farm, and the 9147% APY on the GB-ETH pool was mind blowing. Are you kidding me? 9147% APY!
DeFi with insane APY is a gamble! This time I was the yield! The GrandBase team posted on twitter a sad news... an exploit happened! They urged all the community members to stay away from the contract as it wasn't not safe anymore. The LP was drained but they tracked all the wallets of the hacker and were actively monitoring the situation.
But while they urged the holders to stay away from the contract, huge amounts of $GB were sold. It looked like a rug-pull! The community gone mental as the price gone down... down...down!
Not sure how much my LP was valued when the exploit/rug pull happened, but a day or two before I had over $1000 in there. Initial investment $460 ... initial APY 9147% ... returns ZERO! Was so upset I lit the BBQ and made some Romanian "mici" and some lovely beef stakes! Why is there avocado on the grill? Not sure either!
