Taiwanese-American entrepreneur Jeffrey Huang (MachiBigBrother) has sued ZachXBT, the blockchain investigator who exposed his scam, for defamation.

Scammer's Defamation

ZachXBT had published research on his Medium account on June 16 last year, accusing MachiBigBrother and his team of swindling 22k ETH from investors through 10 scam projects. Now MachiBigBrother has sued ZachXBT in state court for the Western District of Texas, describing those allegations as false and damaging to its reputation.

ZachXBT will fight the case, but the winner is the lawyer

Jeffrey Huang is not getting support from anyone; he has also received taunts from people on his social media posts. Not all, but most sympathies of the crypto world are with ZachXBT, but sympathy doesn't work here; the case is now in court, and ZachXBT doesn't have the money to fight the case while Jeffrey Huang is rich. ZachXBT needs money to fight the lawsuit, which he will raise via donation.

Where's Gary? Where's SEC?

The responsibility of the responsible agency is known in such situations. The SEC, which speaks about crypto scams and hurts established businesses, has never prosecuted Jeffrey Huang for selling unregistered securities. Such irresponsibility encourages the crooks to step up and silence their whistleblowers.
