You may have heard recently about a new site that allows you to mine bitcoin for free with a free mining rate when you sign up.
I always watch out for this kind of site because nothing is ever free in life so I am wary of it. I still created an account to see what it looked like because indeed, several videos are circulating on Youtube showing that the payments are real and made.
But then is it really a trustworthy site or is it a new scam?
Let's check it out together.
First of all, the site promises you to be able to mine bitcoin for free without any additional fees.
You then get to your dashboard where you see your mining rate per hour, per day, per week and per month. You can also insert your public Bitcoin address when you will be able to withdraw, because yes, there is a limit set in order to withdraw your money. This limit is reached in about 8-9 days with the free rate that you get when you sign up.
As I just started mining 2 days ago now, I still haven't reached this amount.
I really don't like to put money in this kind of site and don't take any risk, as there are so many scams nowadays. I still did the test to see how to withdraw my bitcoins and to my surprise (or not) there was still one condition: either pay a rate in bitcoin or "earn" this rate by attracting people to the site through the affiliate link. As said before, it's obvious that I'm not going to pay in bitcoin on a site I know very little about.
What I did figure was that we could go together and see and verify whether or not this site was actually paying. If you are interested, sign up for free using my affiliate link or at the end of the article and next week, if I reach enough affiliates, I will do another article that will confirm or not if the site is a scam.
Obviously, I advise you not to make any payment on this site in order not to take any risk but only to use the free version of the latter. This way, we can see if they are really telling the truth.
