The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) has issued a red notice against Do Kwon, urging law enforcement agencies worldwide to issue an arrest warrant against him. South Korea has sought Interpol's cooperation after Singapore's law enforcers denied Do Kwon was hiding in their country.
Do Kwon is the founder of Terraform Labs that collapsed this year, wiping out more than $40 billion of investors under market cap. In this case, a South Korean court had issued an arrest warrant against Do Kwon when he was reportedly hiding in Singapore. But after failing to extradite him, the South Korean government cancelled his passport and made him an illegal immigrant. Since then, the search for Do Kwon has been going on. (Read Here

Some people think blockchain could not be influenced by Do Kwon. It was just a failed campaign. Every investor investing in cryptocurrencies has their own risk.
Support of the Warrant
Most people are blaming the collapse of LUNA and UST on Do Kwon. According to them, either Kwon did a scam or was deliberately negligent.
Unwanted objections
Some people are raising strange objections that the officer/founder of another platform was not arrested for wired reasons like Vitalik is not arrested for "gas fees scam". But those are not serious people, so might be ignored.
Disbelief on Warrant
Some are describing this as fake news and a ploy to bring down the value of Luna again for the Buy The Dip strategy.
But this claim has no merit because now no one wants to invest in this project.
