I'm sure FTX needs no introduction

I'm sure FTX needs no introduction. And l hope FTX's downfall didn't wipe you out.

I did have some crypto on FTX app but less than 1% of my portfolio, so for me, the loss was not so great.

Anyhow, l can recall the exact moment l realised FTX was not all what it seemed. If l remember correctly, l found out like this.

Firstly. after logging into the app, l realised my balances were gone. After checking several times, l concluded it was more than a glitch. Then I was not alone. The web was full of FTX nightmare stories in a blink of an eye. So l tried contacting support on the App; the responses were polite and seemingly helpful. 'Maybe there is hope' l thought.

So back and forth the messages went, in the hope of getting my crypto back. But then ........ I was given a link to web3 app asking me to connect my wallet and my funds would be transferred to my wallet of choice. No way. I'm not an idiot. It was then l realised l had lost my crypto and they were even going after more, to wipe me out totally. I told them l knew they were scammers.

By this time FTX was all over the news. Masses of crypto had been stolen. I continued my communication with the FTX app pointing out that 99.9% of the people you scammed were probably just normal people.....but it was the remaining  0.1% you should be worried about. The drug lords, people traffickers, arms dealers and other human scum that saw their funds gone. I suggested that stealing from them was not the greatest choice of actions.

I waited for my reply.

GO DIE was the response from the App.

Then l deleted the App.

This didn't sound like a response from any official team member,

I then suspected FTX had been hacked and was not a huge SBF induced scam. Maybe
