TLDR:  no, the FT doesn't say ANYTHING about crypto in India!! So WE did!! 

Tradfi corruption funnies!! Goldman Sachs paid a FOUR BILLION fine to Malaysia AND a THREE billion global fine!! : Roger Ng is found guilty in Brooklyn for raping Malaysia for five billion in embezzlement.  Roger gets a lousy ten years!! So he will serve, what, five?? He's already been in for FOUR!!! so, time served ?? What's that, a billion dollars per year?? @#(*#&#!($*&!#$(!*#$&!!!! 

The Silvergate closing story makes dead trees. TLDR: we still don't think Liz Warren should have kicked off the bank run on Silvergate.  Nor do we think she should be doing a victory dance today like she is.  Either ban crypto, or don't, but don't punish banks following the law for daring to be around crypto.  

Wow, the FT REALLY HATES Cathie Wood!!   All the OTHER stories about Kathy are like she's back into COIN, which is up 69%YTD, and ARK is up 25%.   and Cathie's theme? all the people going bust are CENTRALIZED.  FTX, Silvergate, Celsius, you name it, it's all centralized!! BTC, not so much. Of course, none of THAT is in the FT: : instead we get the WORST picture of Cathie (as the crypt keeper) we have EVER seen!! Plus whining about her fees.   The REAL story:  don't worry about it, FT.  If she's right, it's all ok, if she's wrong, everyone will run from her & she will fail!! It's not like the gummint.  Well, actually the latter outcome IS kinda like the City in lil britain lately AR AR AR!!

Here's a new angle of hate - the SEC is funded by a fee on equities and options traded!! The FT finds a crabby equity trader to whinge about THAT!! 

Well, we agree.  The SEC has no biz paying lawyers to  fight with crypto bankruptcy courts over things they have never formally set in law before!! !

Silvergate is down, and now Letitia in New York is suing Kucoin.  KUCOIN has not yet received the papers, which is very funny.  Isn't it supposed to be the other way round??  Not when it's all a PR campaign anyway!!! 

FTX clients are now paying 5k per hour lawyers to sue Grayscale, which is just beyond any semblance of a fair world. Grayscale is suing the SEC to let their fund go spot ETF!!!  FTX should sue the SEC too ah HA HA HA HA HA!!   wont work that way in cozy lawyer world tho, huh!!

Dear readers remember, about five times now the FT has gloated over how the SEC smacked BUSD down.  And THAT was gonna hurt Binance!!  We said no it won't, stablecoins don't matter like that.  The FT said " oh looks like big biz to US!!"  Hilariously, CZ said BUSD was never important to BNB.   The FT said YES IT IS YES IT IS!!  All Binance's volume will be hurted!  BAD!  Member?? WE DO!!!

Well, NOW the FT says, well, something ELSE bad about Binance. Something, anything - oh OK  single man risk!! Well, how is that key man risk working out for Warren Buffett, we think it's OK AH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!  One thing IS clear, the FT ain't repeating the death of BUSD = death of BINANCE thing anymore LMFAO AR AR AR AR ARooo000000OOOOOOOOO!!!!
