Of COURSE they mention FTX, as if FTX was good fer ANYTHING other than bribes &  bot games.   Then, the FT circles back to lick the unattractive arse of the IMF, and their hallucinatory, clearly untenable position paper. taken by Kris(not in the FT) 

Their "points" - do not let crypto be legal, clamp down on capital flow, tax the snot out of crypto, do oversight over all crypto markets, make sure all regs get on the same page locally and internationally, and keep crypto out of cross border payments.  

AH HA HA HA HA HA!!!!   Crypto already IS legal, technically in several states, and actually in MANY MANY nations.  Japan, Germany, the Netherlands, France Italy hard CORE in Portugal, Slovenia, Denmark Swizerland, Spain, Nigeria Vietnam!!  Coinbase!! it's a JOKE !! Ya it's illegal in China.
