Fraudsters are currently going around the internet and pretending to be from crypto trading company Blockchain.com. This claim has been confirmed by the United-Kingdom based regulatory body Financial Conduct Authority or FCA. Many of these criminals claim to be working under Blockchain Ltd, a clone version of the real company managing Blockchain.com.
“Fraudsters are using the details of firms we authorise to try to convince people that they work for a genuine, authorised firm,” the FCA said.
The FCA cautions other regarding any random contact from people who claim to be from Blockchain.com even if they have actual company information to back up their supposed story.
