Defichain is a Scam; People Can't Answer Questions

In my previous post

Is Julian Hosp Running Another Scam With Defichain?

I asked a simple, straightforward question.

Why does a project that is supposed to be defi require KYC to participate?

A Defichain supporter, whom I did not call out specifically, came running over to my post to answer my question this way:

ALL your posts on PUBLISH0X are full of hate and negativity. You are the biggest FUDer, I have EVER seen!

I ignored the personal attack because I wanted an answer. I repeated myself, which is annoying for anyone to have to do. Here's what I got:

DeFiChain and CakeDeFi are two different projects. You can also start building on DeFiChain with developer resources and code. DeFiChain is an open-source project with a global team of core contributors, supported by a community of developers

Sounds like an automaton reading off of a script he memorized. He's giving me a general description of the project and trying to divert my attention with certain half-truths that have nothing to do with the question I asked. When it comes to my question, the guy is straight up lying.

Although Defichain and Cakedefi may have two separate purposes, they are not separate projects. Like I said in the last article, in order to fully participate in staking on Defichain, you have to go through Cakedefi, which requires KYC. So the projects are obviously not separate for the question I was asking.

I didn't ask anything about development or global core teams. I asked one simple question.

People think they're being smart or slick by dodging a question. This is our entire way of communicating now. I know where Americans get this from, but I hope it's not true of the rest of the world. America's "smartest" talkers, the TV political talking heads, never answer a question directly. They are rewarded for passing off logical fallacies as logic.

I'm trying to understand one thing. ONE THING. That's it. I didn't ask for a general project description that I could easily Google for myself. I want to know why Defichain requires KYC to participate in a project that is supposed to be defi. That's it. Until I get that answer, I'm going to stand by my assertion that Defichain is a scam. It's run by a guy with questionable morals who has been at the head of a known ponzi. And looking over the team he's put together, it seems to fit my description of him from the last post — he now has enough money to hire people with actual skills to cover his ass. So I'm willing to forgive his scammery if my question can get answered, because it's really the money running the operation, not him.

Answer the question or don't comment! Because after you answer that one, I've got some others about how you build defi on top of bitcoin when bitcoin wasn't programmed to be Touring complete!
