The new crypto bull market has barely started and already scammers have started (or returned) to giving out “free” NFTs, scam airdrops, phishing attempts, and outright hacks.
It’s like the cycle of life. The crypto winter freezes the weeds and vermin. But once things start to thaw they return with a vengeance.

Even in TradFi, we see mounting evidence of a deadbeat world.
Let’s face it a good chunk of this credit card will require a write off. But banks aren’t charities. They will find other ways to milk other customers.
Maybe it will be through more nickel and dime fees or maybe higher interest rates on other products.
But banks aren’t the ones playing financial shell games.
Don’t forget there is still the matter of the Genesis Trading bankruptcy and the Gemini Earn fiasco.
Genesis took the money from Gemini Earn users and re-lent it to crypto deadbeats like Three Arrows Capital and FTX.
Then you have the dirtbag Barry Silbert doing his best Enron impression. There’s probably a juicy story here. I’m surprised the media hasn’t been all over this like the FTX case.

Gemini Earn victims (including yours truly) still await return of their money.
Let’s hope that crypto victims get paid back…OR there will be PAYBACK.
