Coinbase - Support - Best - Service - Ever
I have joined Coinbade a back in 2016 and have used them ever since. Although I stopped buying Cypto a a few years ago. I still keep my cypto on COINBASE and have found the service to be excelent.
I receive invites for Coinbase rewards and send the majority of the Cypto I earn to Coinbase abd will continue to do so.
I set up a vault in 2017 but, lost access to the co sign email and could not access any of the assets in my vaults. The first thing I did was to search forums to try and find a solution. I was expecting the worst after reading reviews on Trustpilot and comments on forums. So I decided to contact support and was shocked snd stunned to have been given a response in just 5 minutes.
I do not understand why they have a Trustpilot Score of just 1.6.
They stated the following:
"Thank you for contacting us. There is no way to change the email addresses on a vault. However, we can move the funds from your vault into your wallet and delete the old vault. This will enable you to create a new vault and move your funds back into it. As a security measure, we need to verify your identity before we proceed."
I then verified my ID again and responded to the email but, they need not respond as quick and I started to wounder if the negative reviews or comments on forums were possibly true.
The next day they had resoloved the matter. I have never received such a quick response from an Exchange, bank or any financial institution in my life.
I am not sure if they treated me differently or if it was just luck. I have always recommended Coinbase and everyone that I know has always received a great service.
