On August 15, I already talked about a couple of 51% attacks that Ethereum Classic had experienced.
Well, this Saturday Ethereum Classic again experienced another 51% attack, as indicated in this tweet from the Bitfly company.
In this attack, more than 7,000 blocks were reorganized, which is equivalent to two days of mining.
As discussed in the previous article, OKEx, the exchange company, was considering removing Ethreum Classic from its listing due to the lack of network security (Coinbase did something similar by increasing deposit confirmation times).
However, these events do not seem to have affected the Ethereum Classic price, since at the moment it is trading at $6.79, which only means a decrease of just over 4% compared to its price at the beginning of the month after the second attack.
