Apparently an upgrade is coming to Chia which will require actually having some XCH in your wallet, so a couple of Chia faucets have sprung up to make sure everyone can have some.
The official one https://faucet.chia.net is very simple like Andresen's original 'the Bitcoin faucet',
You just need a wallet address which you can get by downloading here.
In the Chia client go to Wallets and use the Receive Address - there is a handy copy button.
Hopefully more Chia faucets will appear.
