Overall, the website is awesome but I do have recommendations .
- Work on adding more crypto currencies currently they offer BTC, Litecoin, Ethereum,Dash and Dodgecoin. Recently they added USD and Euro as well so I’m certain that they may work on this too.
-They should offer gift cards like MasterCard and Visa.
Unfortunately there are quite a lot of retailers and as of now quite a lot of them don’t accept or even know about cryptocurrencies.
These retailers also do not have native gift card options unlike Amazon, Apple and Nike so it can be a tedious process to carry transactions with them if You are going with cryptocurrencies.
Now there are alternatives like using BTC credit cards.
However, it may not be a hassle free process and it may not be for everyone. It may just be better to purchase a MasterCard or Visa gift card and use them as they are accepted universally.
Hence, gift cards like these would come in very handy for these situations and this is something Bitrefill can implement given the current context.

Bitrefill ensures that they are able to make a better customer experience by bringing us new features including addition of gift cards, being open to improvements which is a key ingredient of every successful business.
