I have a solution for this. There is an browser extension I would like to show you. Its for filtering fake reviews on Amazon giving you a better overview while shopping.

ReviewMeta is the browser extension for filtering fake reviews. They offer their service for free and on their website ReviewMeta.com as well. I would recommend you to use the extension instead because its friendly to use and always available and is showing the right score in real time.
Here you can see the actual amazon website with the reviewmeta extension in the upper right corner.
If you click on the extension or visit ReviewMeta.com you can paste the Amazon-link and you will see something like this:
Here you can see the reviewmeta website with more details about fake reviews.
Furthermore you can see the analysis of the reviews by reviewmeta.
Personaly I check everything on ReviewMeta before buying something on Amazon. It gives me some kind of certainty, knowing the real rating of those products.
