I keep inviting my friends to Cryptocurrency Trade Scheme for a while and I have been asked by friends if trade means buying something at a lower price and selling at a higher price ? I usually answer them a big "No".
I try to make them clear that, Trade is an only economic tool on buying , selling or exchanging something like goods or services between each others. It is just a kind of basic activity in buying , selling and exchanging in digital assets in the crypto market place. This is too simple definition I explaining them.
After buying, it is technically not necessary to sell it out when the price gets higher only, actually you can sell or exchange it at any points upon your desires, this is the trade.
But trading could bring you something called profit and loss. The profit happens when the revenue exceeds the cost on trading or exchanging, and the loss happens in the opposite way where the revenue less than the cost on trading or exchanging. That means the profit and loss are the outcome of trading, and buying something at a lower price and selling it at a higher price can be described as strategy , so it is definitely not a trading.
Since we are man, we need the Profit rather than the Loss, but sometimes we can not avoid the loss, so just to find your best strategy making a Profit on Trades. Strategy is not just of the Hi-Lo on price, there are many more , just find the fit to you.
