New Grave Offering for $TNDR (thunderswap.finance)
RugZombie is all about restoring value to victims of rug pulls, scams and hacks. While we regret to see anyone hacked, rugged or otherwise negatively impacted by price action, we are glad to offer a new grave for $TNDR holders.
What Happened?
Thunderswap was a reinvention of the pancakeswap model, with a few changes. The developer automated the burning mechanisms, and seemed to do everything right in terms of seeking audits, and adding features regularly. However, as happens with many yield farming contracts, when the price hit an all time high of nearly 10$, the price capitulated to a breaking point. Investors began losing confidence and eventually demanded the developers burn the remaining supply of $TNDR in the treasury to avoid a runaway inflation.
The developers were left with little to nothing to pay for marketing or any other kind of attention.
While investor confidence slipped, it became clear that thunderswap was not coming back without the necessary funds to keep the project going.
At this point, RugZombie has declared this project dead, as confirmed by the main developer. The messages from the developer made it clear to us that they were not attempting to rob users, but the project simply failed to catch the interest of the public.
How Is RugZombie helping?
We reached out to the thunderswap.finance team and were able to get in contact with their mods to post a pinned message for thunderswap.finance holders so they could come join us if they so desired. We want to say thank you to the mods and main developer who were responsive to our requests, they have shown sincerity to us in our messages.
Current holders of $TNDR will be able to deposit at least one of their $TNDR tokens in our custom GRAVE to earn a unique NFT available for $TNDR holders only.
The process is the same as every other GRAVE on our platform:
- Unlock the grave
- Stake a required minimum of ZMBE
- Deposit 1 TNDR for verification
- Mint/Harvest your NFT when the timer has completed
Additional Questions
Is $TDNR partnered with RugZombie?
To be clear, thunderswap.finance is not a partner of RugZombie. One of the developers of our team (EZ) was able to contact the main developer of thunderswap and one of the mods for their telegram channel. It appears that the developer did not intend to act in bad faith toward his community of investors, and was eager to pin a message in telegram to inform their users about our project and how we are trying to help people who have lost a ton of value from dead projects.
When will the $TNDR GRAVE be launched?
Thunderswap will NOT be included in our first set of GRAVE offerings but will come in our second wave. Be sure to check out socials for when we launch this GRAVE.
Do I have to?
Obviously not. RugZombie’s effort is completely voluntary to $TNDR holders. Do your own research, and do not consider anything we offer as financial advice. Part of the reason there are so many rug pulls and hacks in defi is the majority of users are not properly educated on the risks, or have overextended their position in the market to the point where the scams and hacks really affect them.
