Different levels exist which place the user in different privilege categories based on the frequency and quality of searching. For example a user could not just type in the same word repeatedly at a high repetition in order to acquire PRE. Also the daily accumulation is capped, but in this author's opinion the amount is more than generous for the everyday casual user.
