In a democracy, the people are the king and the government should serve the many kings.The people, therefore, as an entity that maintains the government, must be served by this government, as provided for in the constitution.So, there is the government on one side, the people on the other and, by regulating their relations, the constitution and laws.Basically, every country that promotes elections, direct or indirect, that has any kind of representative and deliberative assembly, any legal regime that legitimizes the laws of assembly and equity among the different peoples of the people, is a democracy in essence.It should always be remembered that the laws do indeed reflect the culture of that people and their understanding of social relations and understanding of reality.Within democracy, there is also the concept of dictatorship: democracy itself is the dictatorship of the majority, for example.Democracy, within the logic of protecting the people, can use both the force of law and the right of force to keep the social fabric in order.This relationship between strength, power emanating from the people and power exercised by the government determines the tensions in that society.The government is the representative of the people, in principle, and should not turn against the people.But often, to "protect" the people, many claim to use force against enemies of the people, who are the people themselves. And this force, being within the rules, becomes legitimate or not when the judiciary defines it as such.In the People's Republic of China, that is, in the representation of the government that represents the people of China, the second escalation against bitcoin is taking place: the pressure for the biggest brokers to restrict their operations or close them down. In addition, Chinese banks are prohibited from exchanging cryptocurrencies for regular money, under the heading of threat to the economy....popular!As a result, the two large Chinese brokerages closed their doors and the third placed restrictions on their use by Chinese citizens.In a country whose deliberative assembly guarantees to represent the people through the communist party - which, at its root, means that no one is greater than no one, that of everyone according to their abilities and to everyone according to their needs - the Chinese state, in fact, acts against the people and their ability to change their lives through bitcoin mining and exchange trades.It is estimated that in China there are 320 million bitcoin micro investors.
