The Best Cryptocurrency Wallets of 2020 - Blog #3

Do repost and rate:

Hello fellow cryptocurrency users! Today I’m going to be talking about a big topic: wallets. I’ll be showing you guys different types of wallets and which ones are the best, including cold and live wallets. So without further ado, let’s get started.

Best Cold Wallet: LEDGER Nano X

Cold wallets are known as the most safe wallets among Cryptocurrencies. Cold wallets are crypto wallets that are physical and not virtual, and therefore can’t be accessed by the internet unless you connect it to your PC through a bridge. The Ledger Nano X is the best cold wallet in my opinion because it supports 27 coin types and 1500 tokens types. The wallet can be connected to your phone and/or computer by Bluetooth. The wallet also supports loads of apps to be downloaded on to it, meaning you can stake right from your Nano X. You can purchase it for ?109 at the time of writing this, and you can buy it from here.

Best Desktop Wallet For A Variety Of Currencies: Atomic Wallet

Desktop wallets are wallets that you download on to your computer. These wallets connect up to a wallet server stored in the internet, and your wallet is stored using a unique 22 word (usually) recovery phrase. This means if you lose your wallet, you can restore it by typing in the words. Atomic Wallet is the best wallet for a variety of currencies. Atomic Wallet supports the largest amount of currencies out there, and also has staking features against Tron and various other cryptos. You can go and download Atomic here.

Best Desktop Wallet For Ease Of Use: Exodus

Exodus is simply the best wallet for a new crypto customer. The UI is really nicely laid out and everything is very clear. The wallet has an investment feature and also trading between currencies for over ?30 worth of currency. This means you won’t need to go somewhere like BINANCE or Kraken to swap your currency. You can download EXODUS here.

Best Mobile Wallets: Exodus and Atomic Wallet

Well, these two wallets shine really in the desktop world and if you already download them on desktop then it is much easier to go ahead and use the same wallet on your phone or tablet. Exodus and Atomic Wallet are available on iOS and Android, so you will find them on those respective app stores.

Now these wallets are just my personal favourites and do work very well, however there are lots of different wallets you can look out for other than these. For example, if you are using the currency, “Cardano (ADA)” like myself, then you would be more suited to go for the Cardano wallet, Daedalus, found here.

This really does vary from wallet to wallet of course but if you are looking at a specialised wallet, be sure to go on to their website and look at all the options. For example, you can use Cardano on Exodus, but if you do, staking is limited and you cannot choose where to stake your currency if you decide to.

I hope you guys enjoyed this wallet article and I’ll see you next time fellow crypto investors!
