'Sweet Porridge,' A Grimm Fairy Tale

Hi folks!

Hope you're all having a good week.

Do you like porridge? Porridge is considered a heart healthy food by the American Heart Association. As a child I pretty much grew up on porridge for breakfast.

I spent most of my days outside playing among the birds, bees, animals, trees and plants. I was a child of nature even though I eventually was educated in school and university. I was a 'free range child," like most of the children who grew up around me. I still prefer outdoors over indoors, weather permitting. It's a much healthier lifestyle than the closeted lifestyle today's children experience, many who are now stuck indoors with very little exercise, sunshine or friends. Exercise has been known to help improve a child's intelligence as well as vitamin D the Sunshine vitamin.Children being social, playing with their friends and pets is what makes them human.

Some spiritual insight

Now we have people like Bill Gates wanting to dim our life giving sun. No I'm not kidding! It's like a Bad Sci-fi unfolding around us.

Is it just a coincidence Gates has bought up much of the farm land in America's Midwest? I guess if one can control the food source they can control who or what the masses get to eat.

Soylent-Green porridge incoming? Only the ones who kiss the Cesar's ring will get to eat GMO synthetic un-nutritional food while the naysayers will starve. No god complex there. Right?

He also dislikes Bitcoin. Ask yourself why? No room for other kings or queens, independent people or farms perhaps?

This is the same creature who is making billions off his Covid-19 shot based on germ theory which is disputed by many scientists and he is NOT a medical doctor yet he is a eugenics advocate. He isn't a climate scientist either, he bases his climate carbon data on projected computer data that actually leaves out our sun blames us humans for all the planet's ills.

Who made this guy king over all living humans? We didn't vote for him!

Carbon Dioxide helps the plants grow and helps filter our air. Dirty masks with our bacteria in them are quickly replacing plastic bottles as major polluters in our water and land-fills.

Humanity really needs to rethink this broken bad science before it destroys us and our gem of a planet.

Sunshine helps humans store vitamin D without it we will quickly die of many awful diseases while Big Pharma investors like Gates will become wealthier creating more vaccines and drugs that poison our immune systems. Not to mention infertility the track and trace nanobots in the jab, changing human's DNA to Human 2.0 with a patent ID number you will be now owned by Big Pharma. A Human who takes the jab will be changed into Robot which means Slave.

Now do you understand why our human rights and freedoms are being stolen from us?

Robots have No freedom or rights.

Is there a Zombie apocalypse in our near future?

Check out the CDC website. https://www.cdc.gov/cpr/zombie/index.htm

I suggest for good health tips watch Dr. Shiva on YouTube. He approaches health through a systems method that is based on nutritional food, herbs and spices. Dr. Shiva understands our immunity system which has kept humans healthy for thousands of years. He learned much from his grandmother a wise woman.

Here is his website, https://vashiva.com/

For some real climate science try Ben Davidson's site https://suspicious0bservers.org/ the scientists include the Sun in the carbon data. Go figure!

Oh yes the porridge!

Porridge is usually made out of Oats or Oatmeal, however you can use different types of grain for your own preference. I use only Organic ingredients. I like to ground up 2 tbsp of Flax and 1 tsp of Chia seeds for added Omega 3’s and Calcium. Add some berries or chopped apple with walnuts plus 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon, milk or Almond milk. One can also add brown sugar to sweeten it. I use a tsp of Organic Maple syrup. Yummy!

Origins of Porridge:

Porridge was known as a fundamental food in Europe and Africa and other parts of the world. Anthropologists acknowledge that Porridge has been around since the Neolithic era.

Oats were introduced to Scotland in about 600 C.E. although crumbs of Barley porridge have been discovered in old pots in the Outer Hebrides dating back 2,500 years earlier. Porridge became famous through the Scots from Scotland as they achieved great success by cultivating oats in the highland soils.

Today I'm going to share a German Fairy Tale  called 'Sweet Porridge." it was collected and written by the Grimm brothers, published in 1819. Sweet Porridge is also known as The Magic Porridge Pot #103 in Grimm's Fairy Tales in the 19th century.

Sweet Porridge A Grimm’s Fairy Tale

Once upon a time there was a poor but good little girl who lived alone with her mother, and they no longer had anything to eat. So the child went into the forest, and there an aged woman met her who was aware of her sorrow , and presented her with a little pot, which when she said, “Cook, little pot, cook,” would cook good, sweet porridge, and when she said, “Stop, little pot,” it ceased to cook. The girl took the pot home to her mother, and now they were freed from their poverty and hunger, and ate sweet porridge as often as they chose. One day when the girl had gone out, her mother said, “Cook little pot, cook.” And it did cook and she ate until she was satisfied, and then she wanted the pot to stop cooking, but did not know the word. So it went on cooking and the porridge rose over the edge, and still it cooked on until the kitchen and whole house were full, and then the next house, and the whole street, just as if it wanted to satisfy the hunger of the whole world, and there was the greatest distress, but no one knew how to stop it.

At last when only one single house remained, the child came home and just said: “Stop, little pot,” and it stopped and gave up cooking, and whosoever wished to return to the town had to eat their way back.

The End.

So eat your porridge while you still can.
