Sources of earning "free" crypto

Do repost and rate:

First of all, I want to say that “free” might be a strong word, second of all let’s get going.

Starting next month, I will challenge these and other faucets, finding another way to get more crypto for less work (in my opinion). This experiment will be called “Trash to $cash Experiment”, so be sure to follow me on this journey.

Brave Browser

https://brave.com/

My favorite browser at the moment, I’ve used Opera in the past but getting an ad blocker on YouTube and earning Basic Attention Token (BAT) while using it is KING.

Pros:

  • Ad blocker on YouTube (I’m paying for YouTube Premium).
  • You’re getting BAT while using.

Cons:

  • Not 100% working with copy/paste in Google Docs.

Coinbase - Earn

https://www.coinbase.com/join/petter_870?src=ios-link

By far the highest paying place at the moment.

Pros:

  • You get $3+ for less than 5 minutes of learning.
  • Top #100 biggest tokens based on market cap usually.

Cons:

  • Stuck at Coinbase, but you can always move them to your private wallet or to COINBASE Pro.
  • You really don’t get to choose what tokens you want.

CoinMarketCap - Earn

Pros:

  • Nah.

Cons:

  • Requires a BINANCE account.
  • You will have to wait until the campaign ends until they give you the tokens.
  • Participation does not guarantee you any tokens, or even CoinMarketCap Coins.

Blockrewards

https://blockreward.app/?r=8484d83de5

This is my favorite site for earning crypto, I’ve had some great payout from this site to my Uphold! account.

Pros:

  • Great support when I had some problems with unfair surveys.
  • You get paid in a lot of different coins (including Bitcoin and Ethereum).

Cons:

  • Surveys are pretty much the only way to earn B.
  • The Quests are sometimes hard to complete if there are no Surveys available.
  • Requires Uphold!

Faucet Crypto

https://faucetcrypto.com/ref/1288541

This is a 25 minutes faucet, you’ll get paid in their own coin (not an altcoin) and exchange it for twenty different coins (Bitcoin, Ethereum and Dogecoin to name a few).

Pros:

  • Use Surveys (from the Offerwalls), to get coins quickly.
  • I chose Horizen (ZEN) for extra HODL bonus in the Horizen faucet (Link)
  • Not a lot of pop-up windows (if you use BRAVE Browser).

Cons:

  • Not all coins are “filled” and during this summer everything was more or less empty. This issue seems to be somewhat resolved at the moment.
  • It requires a lot of time to check in every 25 minutes, if you plan to maximise your earnings.

Pipeflare

https://pipeflare.io/r/9tzh

This is also a great place to earn crypto. The faucet for Dogecoin can be used every 23 hrs, Zcash every 24 hrs and FLR tokens every 20 hrs.

In a statement they announced that FLR will be tradable in the near future which is exciting.

“Flare Tokens are the native currency of PipeFlare. Our tokens are not currently tradable, but we are working toward that in Q2 2021.”

Pros:

  • You can earn extra FLR tokens through playing simple but fun games.
  • Flare Hit, BeatBox and Flare Jump have spin the wheel where you can win extra FLR tokens without playing the actual game.

Cons:

  • What are FLR tokens? Will they carry any value? Only time will tell.

Horizen Faucet

https://getzen.cash/auth/register?ref=452596

Faucet for Horizen (ZEN) that can be used every 20 hrs. If you use it for five consecutive days in a row, you can click on the “three ZEN coins” for a slot machine and earn extra coins.

Pros:

  • Runned by the Horizen community.

Cons:

  • I’ve experienced the faucet run out of Zen (this is understandable, since it’s free).

Globalhive (Zcash Faucet)

https://globalhive.io/r/154968

Faucet for Zcash (ZEC) that can be used every 24 hrs. If you use it for five consecutive days in a row, you can click on the “three ZEC coins” for a slot machine and earn extra coins.

Pros:

  • Instant to your wallet.

Cons:

  • To link your Twitter/Facebook account for extra bonus doesn't work at the moment.

BetFury

https://betfury.io/?r=60b53cddc0028d401b1a1cd1

Faucet every 20 minutes for both Bitcoin and Binance Coin. You can use these to play games and earn BFG (their own token) which in turn can be used to play games.

Pros:

  • You earn BFG based on your performance.

Cons:

  • The bank always win?

Rocku.Space

https://rocku.space/r/11437

Faucet every 30 and 5 minutes. What you get paid is so low compared to Blockrewards for example.

Pros:

  • Lots of coins to choose from such as Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano and Binance Coin to name a few.

Cons:

  • A lot of pop-up windows, it takes a fairly long time to reach the minimum required to withdraw coins.

Banano

I recommend this post here at Publish0x. https://www.publish0x.com/crypto-observer/tried-and-tested-free-ban-sources-xjoovde

Althub

https://althub.club/r/129305

Another 30 min faucet, in my opinion, is low paying.

Pros:

  • Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin to name a few

Cons:

  • A lot of pop-up windows, it takes a fairly long time to reach the minimum required to withdraw coins.

Some final words…

Worth taking into consideration is that staking FLR (on Pipeflare) or earning BFG (on BetFury), is that there is no guarantee that they will be there tomorrow. Or if you collect coins on FAUCETCRYPTO for a long time. I think it’s wise to withdraw every now and then to a wallet of your control. We don’t pay for it, it’s unregulated and there is probably no support to speak off.
