SexyCam, The Lewd Token? - Crypto That Never Was Vol. 2

Do repost and rate:

Detailed by several users on medium.com (as it's BlockExplorer and Main site are now dysfunctional, and not even an archive of said site exists on archive.org, archive.is, or even Google's "Cache" API. The site linked to this token has unironically become a lost media in the most unexpected of ways.

It has vanished from the crypto-sphere just as quickly as it promised it's "Cam-Workers" anonymity, being based around the Blockchain with it's own Block API, not being built from any major Crypto's algorithms. It promised freedom from the spyware likes of PayPal, and many other privacy-invading companies who scour Cam-Workers data for monetary gain. This is surprising information to me., considering if this project had hit during the OnlyFans era of the pandemic recently, would have went over much differently.

By crawling, the first mention of it was from a User from bitcointalk.org named "RedHotPinkLicorn", who created their account on 04/05/2018 @ 04:59:05 PM, and was last active a few months later until 12/10/2018 @ 08:53:55 PM. When the post was deleted was presumed by the date last active, according to my knowledge on how Bitcointalk's API works.

You'd have difficulty deleting your own posts if you're not active!

This would indicate that the post was long before gone than the date detailed by either coinopsy or bitquery.  Speaking of which, according to blockspot.io/bitquery.io, it's main amount of senders/holders was only 6 senders! (That's not many people!).

Additionally, the total amount in circulation that was before it's demise was; 3010030240379001 SXY. The average amount of SXY sent to receivers was 215002160027071.5 SXY, made amongst the 6 senders, with 9 receiving the token before it's downfall thus afterwards.

"So this coin has a use case with huge demand..." Apparently not considering 9 people received it. Not as "High Supply-Demand" as you think, clearly. Being quoted from SteemIt user @coinboost.
It appears it had to be transferred to BTC or ETH, or some other major crypto to be financially viable, or in other-words, to withdraw your SXY, with a minimum SXY fee at the time for under a 1000 SXY withdraw.

At one point in time, they had a GitHub as well. This implying the project was scarily enough, Open-Source. Additionally, SXY had a Masternode for sale on it's discord, which allegedly at one point in time around 1/14/2019, it apparently sold out of mot Masternode access.

The discord and site associated are now, since mortis. "Today's price is 0.75 BTC per SXY Masternode.", again being quoted from SteemIt user @coinboost.

To finalize, SXY was designed to be a replacement for the many Adult entertainment sites we see frocking the web. It came, and it died. To nobody's suprise. Maybe soon we'll see something rise again from the ashes of SXY. (Or the blankets...)

See you in the next article!

NOTE; I tried to keep this as SFW as possible. No adult imagery was used, and no affiliation to any sites named/listed is had.
