The resistance at 50 cents has been reached but Ripple has not been able to flip it into support yet. The ema's have provided nice support for the price all week and are still in favor of the bulls. The rsi is above the 50 level and the ema but there is not much power behind it.

Here it can be clearly seen that the inverted head and shoulders which was also the breaker level has played. However, it did not manage to flip the 50 cents which I find quite remarkable in itself. At the moment the daily pen has caused a drop to the ema200 but it is being absorbed nicely. The ema55 and 100 are bearish relative to each other but seem to be getting ready for a bullish crossover. The rsi has unfortunately dipped below the 50 level after crossing the ema bearish. It looks like we are going to see some consolidation here first in a sideways range.

The 1h chart doesn't look very nice either. For example, we are trading below the order block currently and when we reject that it would mean in golden pocket retrace down. The ema's are still in favor of the bulls here, however the power is falling fast given the ema55 (grey). Also, the price is struggling to rise above ema100. The rsi stands e rook not very strong. After being bounced from the 30 level it is now being reprojected by the ema below the 50 level.

Conclusion:
I don't know about the lawsuits ed of Ripple but on TA level the price seems to be stuck (moving sideways) between 45 and 50 cents. So these are the two levels we need to start keeping an eye on. Longterm support is still at the 37 cents but you don't really want to visit that at the stage. If the 50 cents can be flipped then we can start looking at 57 cents which will be the next logical resistance.
