Random reflections about my boy and crypto

I have high hopes that my boy will climb the corporate ladder in the future. While mopping the floor, he opened the sliding door to the kitchen and mopped a bit of the kitchen floor, thus literally showing his largest stakeholder aka his mum how visible his work was.

Just spent the last 30 minutes pushing my toddler from playground to playground until he finally found one that made him want to get down and play. His stubborn nature made me realise that I should shop around among crypto projects until I find one that resonates with me totally

Wear your oxygen mask before you help your child with his. What an oft-used analogy that most of us won’t encounter ever in real life.

How’s this? I finish sipping my coffee before I rush to pick up my baby. I gobble two mouthfuls of rice before I feed my toddler. Fill my stomach first.

My toddler is having a field day browsing through all the toys at the toy shops. And each time he fancies something, I have to put it back on the shelf n tell him that we will buy it next time. Sounds like me and my crypto portfolio.

Happy to report that my son has levelled up his emotional manipulation prowess. It took me a rather long time to get him to say ”Please” whenever he wanted me to carry his bag, but today, he looked at me in the eye, said “Please” AND PATTED ME ON THE SHOULDER. I never taught him this move. Looking forward to him manoeuvring his way to become the teacher’s pet in future.

My boy just had a whale of a time at an outdoor mobility park, where buses & trains were used for rehabilitation purposes. He pushed me away from the train captain’s door, saying that he was the driver.

A reminder that while I manage a crypto portfolio for his benefit, the best experiences in life are free

My toddler boy surprised me by taking his stool, climbing up, washing his hands with soap at the sink. How did he just grow up under my watch? Parenting is hard as hell, like shitposting. But they both get easier with time.

Been giving my son 50c every day to help him save up for an animal toy. (I don’t want to just buy it for him and spoil him rotten.) Today he dragged me to the toy shop to check that his target was still there n told the owner that he only has 6 more 50c to save. Watching him work his hardest reminds me of the need to shitpost my hardest too!

The toy my son wanted cost $7. So I gave him 50c each day because I wanted him to work towards buying.

Today was the last day. I eagerly pushed him on his stroller to the toy shop. Alas! He fell asleep along the way. I regretfully pushed him back home. Moral of this story: Make sure you keep your eyes open so that you can strike when you have saved/earned enough. Applies to raking & taking profits too. The End.

I give my boy 50c every day so that he can save for a toy. Today, my son happily cycled to the toy shop, having reached his saving target. Bought his sought after animal toys. So elated that he jumped for joy.

Moral of the story: Do a bit every day and you’ll reach your goal one day. So when you attain your Moons target, rejoice in the fact that you achieved your goal rather than feel FOMO over others’ huge bags!

Here’s the toy shop visit-crypto reflection requested by u/ProudBitcoiner. My 4-year-old boy was able to walk in and out of Toys R Us without clamouring to buy anything even though he has a long list of desired toys to buy. He knows that he must save up for his desires. Really proud of him.

Moral of story: if you wanna buy much crypto but have not much fiat, fret not. Just keep saving until you have enough for DCA. The crypto will most likely be there, just like his toys
