I recently felt all three when I came across RAIN Network. However, I would turn out to be wrong. RAIN is a system of smart contracts on the Ethereum Blockchain that are quite unique. Anyway so, yes they are a Uniswap coin, no they are not a rug pull.... and this in itself is unique! I'm always looking for fresh coins to ride to the stars! The feeling of riding a mooning coin is like no other. Well, I pulled up to RAIN planning for the worst but hoping for the best and proceeded to enter the Telegram chat (tg). Everyone was friendly but no one could tell me the use case! Holy cow this is a freaking scam! I was certain! But something was different. The dev was taking a break so questions could not be answered entirely, but the coin already had a kind of a following. "I can't sell this thing to anyone, there's zero use case and it's a scam!" But for some reason I stuck around. The low low low low price probably? yeah!? duh... but there was a type of mystery, a disconnect between the info on discord and tg that made me poke my nose around.
I poked and prodded and pushed and fought with a few of the guys. What a prick, huh? Well, I wanted to see who I was dealing with. I had a few drinks and went into troll mode and well showed my ass. After pushing on both discord and tg, I finally discovered a timeline. I became bullish. I bought some RAIN. I got to know a few of the guys in the tg. They were super cool! This was turning into an hourly thing. I actually wanted to see what else there was to this... was it really just an elaborate rug pull? It sure didn't seem like it. Eventually I found the roadmap. Holy cow this thing is legit. People were trickling in. I started talking a lot and talking about fun coins and real tokenomics and people joined in and I kinda became a proseltyzer for RAIN! Not a shill i wasn't going to groups and you can still see that I never did that. I was just hype INSIDE the RAIN forum and to a couple of close buds ABOUT RAIN.
SO what happened? A pump and dump took us up to .000077 and dropped us right back down to .000014. But I wasn't worried. Not this time. This project is solid and the crowd will be back a hundred times harder when they see what it is. This was simply the weak hand effect, the P&D scam swing boys running through. This was precisely what the dev didn't want and didn't want us to encourage. Now they were gone. Good Riddance, kids! (Of course it could have been whales in the top 10 selling off... but... it was probably both.)
Two days passed, maybe one and I go on EARLY this morning. I was up all night and I started to see action. I start talking and BOOM!! Zipped off like lightening all the way up to .00198. A nearly 300% gain.. And that's why my avatar is what it is. I do believe I have the luck of the strike. It certainly has come through with some of the more well known coins, it came true with RAIN and it will come true with other ventures in the future.
