Pre Season 2021 W5/D1 - Low RPM 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️

Today i performed a some power block series with low RPM (69 rpm avg) in order to promote an increase of strength, so i did 2x1' @ 250watts and 2x1' @ 300watts with 2' of recover and the second block 4x3' @ 250watts with a recover of 1'.  This medium effort have a positive impact on maintaining my cardiorespiratory fitness with a 2.2 Training Effect. Finished with a 10 minute muscle cold down and reducing the heart rate. Done this activity with an average heart rate of 111 HR and 140 max HR. In terms of power, i ended up with 159 W average, 302 W max. Check below my charts stats. It is a good start before a day's work.
