Howdy y’all!! In today’s post, I’m gonna share my thoughts about a small part of my ‘learn to predict price fluctuation’ mechanism. It isn’t based on chart analysis, as I’m not that advanced (yet). Instead, this is gonna be about a fun little app called SwissBorg Community. An offshoot of the main app, SwissBorg Exchange, the only purpose of the SB Community app is to allow you to make daily predictions about the Bitcoin price trend. It’s completely free, no KYC necessary.
Basically, when you decide to invest in a certain coin/token, that’s what you’re doing, you’re predicting that it’s price will go up. When you’re selling, you’re predicting a price drop. Thus, SB Community helps you practice your prophetic skills, albeit only with the Bitcoin monster.
The predictions cover a 24 hour span, and you can bet SwissBorg points. You have 5 types of bets, ranging from small time bets (500 points) to daring, daredevil bets (10000 points). After each day, you either double or lose the amount you’ve put in play.
Getting all the 16 achievements and entering the Hall of Fame, supposedly gets you some 250$ in CHSB tokens (the native SwissBorg token, which is listed on major exchanges). Dunno, didn’t get there yet. The achievement system is easy to understand and shouldn’t pose a problem to anyone that played a videogame in the past, say, 15 years.
Also, I’ve said it’s a competition. The more daring your bets are, the more points you score, the higher you rank. Top prize is 15500$ (in CHSB). Ranking in the top 20000 gets you 5 dollaz in CHSB.
What I do before I make a daily prediction: I check out what the latest rebound line is (where Bitcoin stops dipping and starts going back up) and if the price is close to that line, I bet it will go up. The closer the price to the rebound line, the more points I bet. The closer the price to the resistance line (where it usually stops going up), the more points I bet that it will go down.
So, SwissBorg Community. Fun way to sharpen your investor claws for free and also make a buck by getting all the achievements/badges or by ranking in the top 20000.
