Hello guys and welcome to another PVU blog, and today I will explain to you the PVP mode of Plant vs. Undead. So they announced that they will start cloning NFT assets for PVP and it will start on October 20. What is there in PVP? Now the PVP of PVU is pretty much similar to our usual Plants vs. Zombies, where zombies or undead will attack you and you will use your plants to protect your base or in this case the mother tree.
PVP is not incorporated into the PVU farming that we are used to, it is still PVU but it is PVP, and what we are playing now is farming. So this PVP mode is popular, not only because it carries on the PVU franchise it is also because this is really the purpose of the game, this should really be what we are playing now, we were just given a chance to farm. On October 20, 2021 the developers will start cloning our NFT farming assets into PVP mode, they not only announced how long the cloning process will take but for me this process is quite long because there are many PVU players and many players have too many NFT plants. They said that its beta testing will begin 1 week after the cloning process, since this is a beta test it means only selected players can play it. What is there or what should we expect here in PVP mode?
This is the interface of the game, as you can see we have here a skill button, opponents view so you can see what your opponent sees and here is also the ss meter for the special skill of your mother tree and plants button which maybe your plants, in the middle we can see that here is where we can put the plants, we have 12 sections here. Above we can see the number of PVU tokens, the energy and the settings. Since this is a tower defense game and there are waves, we expect that the undead zombies that will attack us should be stronger and stronger as the wave progresses, so where do we get these undead? Is there a new NFT asset? Is there breeding going on? We do not know. At the bottom of the game's interface we will see a monster like creature with a special skill, so where will that come from? Is it another NFT asset as well? Is it like a spell? Is it ability? We don’t know either.
They also announced that the plants you will use to defend would have a durability and when this durability reaches zero, you can no longer use that palnt. They did not announce if this durability will be repaired, I will assume that there is a way to refresh the durability of a plant if it is an NFT assets, it shouldn't be disappeared.
How do we prepare for PVP? I will suggest that you get an NFT plant as many as you can. For now, if you’re just starting out in the game, it’s okay. Also if you don't have a mother tree yet, check the marketplace and get a mother tree because mother tree is cheap now.
