I have seen NFTs around the blockchain for awhile. These are, for those uninitiated, small bits of digital art. When I first read about them, it was mostly drawings etc., With new technology, it can now include animated, gifs and even music. What a great time to be alive! I posted an original work on https://nftshowroom.com/athomewithcraig/art/athomewithcraig_random-lines_random-thoughts-in-color and it sold! Thank you to that discerning, awesome collector.
I was hopeful but also, almost too scared to do it. What if it sat for months and never sold? What if people hated it? Well, none of those things happened. I listened to the voice in my head, thank you God, for the push I needed. Will I ever become an NFT superstar? Only time, and the public at large can decide that. I will keep creating and publishing. I'm hoping my art continues to improve.
The upshot is, I sold something. Even if that never repeats, no one can take it away from me. The same is true for anyone. Kick that fear to the curb and go make and sell something. It doesn't matter if you sell it for Hive on NFTshowroom or 1/1000th of an ETH on mintable.app
