My Pet Hooligan is a complete blockchain game project that started in . As we know, developing a high-quality game takes time, but AMGI Studios (the studio behind this amazing project) first introduced the Genesis and Companion character NFTs of the OG Hooligans (crazy bunnies with a COOL attitude) in 2021, and subsequently, the ZuckBots in 2022. During 2022, these two NFT collections caused a commotion and hype in the web3 space!
Personally, I participated in the Zuckbots minting event (couldn't make it for the Hooligan minting, had to buy it on OpenSea, sigh...), and I must admit that it was a delightful experience, from the animations to how smooth it was to claim the NFTs. These initial experiences are crucial, as they reflect the professionalism of the team or studio behind the project and how seriously they take it.

WHAT ABOUT THE PARTNERS?
When this project announced its official roadmap, I thought they were joking. They aimed to create a and develop a high-quality game that could compete with games. Initially, they had reasonable partners like Unreal Engine, and some Game Guilds, but at the beginning of 2023, they revealed another significant partnership with Epic Games! This partnership will greatly enhance the project's visibility and exposure to gamers who may not be familiar with blockchain games.
But that's not all. A couple of months later, they announced another major partnership with Prime Gaming! Yes, the new Amazon Gaming platform that aims to compete with other gaming platforms like Epic Games or Steam (maybe Steam should reconsider to incorporate blockchain games..
It's essential to note that partnerships aren't everything in the ecosystem; collaborations are also crucial. My Pet Hooligan has collaborated with other NFT collections like Doge PoundsDigi Daigaku! I believe we are still early in this journey, and I'm confident they are hiding more exciting partnerships and collaborations that they may reveal in early 2024.
WHAT'S THE NFT's UTILITY?
One of the biggest problems with blockchain games is that developers often neglect to provide substantial utility, which can impact the price and collectible value of the NFTs. Fortunately, with My Pet Hooligans, it's different.
After the minting of the two NFT collections (The HooligansZuckbots), AMGI Studios launched a creator suite of tools called . These tools allow Hooligan holders to bring their bunnies to life! Yes, you read that right – you can use your NFT as a character who will speak in front of the camera for you. This is incredibly useful if you want to become a content creator without showing your face.
Mobile Game: But that's not all; there's a mobile game in the works where the Zuckbots collection will take center stage. They haven't announced a launch date for this game yet, but we seem to be getting closer to it, possibly in early 2024
Of course, the main attraction is the "My Pet Hooligan Game." You may play with your NFT hooligan, keeping the same characteristics that your NFT has but in-game.
Staking: Did you think that would be all? NO! If you're a Hooligan NFT holder, you can your NFT on the project's official website and be rewarded with their main utility token, $KARROT. There's currently no utility announced for the $KARROT coin, but I firmly believe they'll assign it a fantastic utility. IS THE PC GAME REALLY THAT GREAT ?
The game was launched on September 20thEpic Store, and it's truly free to play, just as promised by AMGI Studios. Right now, anyone can download the game from the Epic Store and Prime Gaming. You also have the option to purchase the Season Pass, which is a common way for games to recoup some of the development costs.

I believe the quality of the items is excellent, and it could be a great game pass if you're planning to level up your character and acquire rare and legendary items. Additionally, it's highly playable, and I haven't encountered any significant issues yet. The animations are fantastic, and the characters feel truly alive.
Right now there's a variety of skins that you may purchase or get as a reward(there's a George Washington Skin that looks amazing hehe
You can utilize three main weapons, a skateboard, and, of course, bombs. There's a variety of different weapons you can find during a match, and you can switch them at any time you find them.
Negative Points
The maps are huge! And there aren't many players to play with yet. It would be great to have a training mode with bots. There aren't many game modes, and for some of them, you need more players to have fun.
There's no level ranking system yet, is not like fortnite that you can climb the rankings.
Another negative point is the PC requirements; you'll need a powerful PC for the best quality. When compared to the smoothness of Fortnite or other battle royale games, you might find this game a bit less smooth.
I know it's too early, but now that the PC Game is playable and open to everyone, and because I've already played the game, it's time to rate it!

My Pet Hooligan is a great Blockchain Game that not only consists on a game, it's a whole ecosystem that's still on development, but with the PC Game, the devs have demostrated how serious and compromised they are. They have great partners and collaborations with other NFT's collections. Definitely I expect more fantastic announcements during the next year.
