My hardest lesson in the crypto space!

Do repost and rate:

This is possibly the most difficult lesson I had to learn when I first came into space roughly four years ago. Those who went through the Great Crypto Winter of 2017 (Great movie title) will know what it's like to see your portfolio drop by over 50%. I uninstalled all my crypto apps and exited all crypto subreddits. That was the only way I was going to HODL through it.

I came back mid/late 2020 and I was pleasantly surprised!   If you're a long-term HODLer there really isn't a need to be checking prices and your socials on a daily basis; it will only stimulate your anxiety to new heights. Do yourself a favour and turn away from your phone.

Start a new hobby. Talk to the trees. Tame a wild street cat. Ride a wave of sewage-dwelling rats. Do anything but check your portfolio app first thing in the morning and the last thing before you go to bed. You're essentially training your mind to abide by a certain routine, an unhealthy routine at that.

Unsubscribe from those YouTubers who tell you BTC is going to crash and moon in the same breath and then when it does do X, they'll upload a follow-up video bragging, "SEE!! I called it. I told you it was going to X. Subscribe to my channel, join my Telegram and support me on Patreon for my technical analysis."

These guys are modern-day charlatan practicing crypto quackery with the intent of robbing you of your money.
