Genesis Mining announced the results of a survey of 1,000 bitcoin investors in the United States. Most bitcoin investors do not believe that the price of bitcoin will reach $ 50,000 in 2030.
Survey data shows that two-thirds of people believe that bitcoin is a better long-term store of value than the US dollar. More than half of respondents believe that in the next 5 to 10 years, bitcoin will beat the gold, real estate and stock markets, and 65% of respondents believe that the value of bitcoin will continue to appreciate over time.
In terms of bitcoin price, it is divided into recession and boom. Although the current price of bitcoin is very good, only 17% of respondents estimate that the price of bitcoin will exceed $ 50,000 by 2030. Another 17% forecast that the price of bitcoin will actually fall within the next ten years. About one-third of the respondents expect bitcoin's performance to stabilize or slow down in the next 10 years. They expect bitcoin to be hampered by regulation, and one-fifth of respondents expect the government to ban cryptocurrency altogether.

From a deeper perspective, one in ten predicts that the value of bitcoin will reach 6 figures or more in the next 10 years. Approximately 30% of people responding rapidly believe a decline in people's trust in fight currencies will lead to bitcoin adoption, while 25.8% expect "a major economic depression" to trigger widespread bitcoin adoption.
A quarter of investors in the survey allocate more than half of their assets to virtual currency investments, a quarter of investors have crypto investment risk of between 10% and 50%, and another quarter of investors. The risk of crypto investment is between 1% and 10%. Last month, a survey of 700 high net worth individuals conducted by the Deviere Group found that by 2023, 73% of millionaires will own or plan to invest in crypto assets.
