Like many people, Bitcoin was the first crypto I interacted with, and over the years I have bought and sold more than I can even imagine. Over time though I realized that while I really did like trading crypto there were some like Bitcoin I wanted to keep or HODL. I racked my brain for the best way to go about doing this and kept my eye out for a solid and unique way to do this. When I ran across the FOLD App they had not even released their debit card year and instead were just a gift card distributor for the most part.
This idea really caught my eye and attention as they had gift cards that were popular to use and not just random off-the-wall places I had never heard of. When they announced the debit card I quickly hopped on the waiting list and waiting a couple of months as they rolled out. When it finally was my turn I was split between the free version and the premium which has a yearly fee of $150 USD. I decided to go ahead and roll the dice and go with the premium version and within 4 months I have earned over $250 back in Bitcoin!
I have used Fold several different ways but the most successful and way I would recommend others using it is really to purchase gift cards from them. Then with the premium version, you can spin and respin the really boost the percent back you get in Bitcoin. Using this method I seem to average about 9% back in Bitcoin on my purchases. Not too shabby at all for Amazon, DoorDash, Uber, and other gift cards! With how successful this method has been I have been able to stop Bitcoin purchases and instead really use this as a way to build up my Bitcoin reserves.
Is it the fastest method? No. Is it for everyone? Not at all. What it allows me to do though is to continue the purchases I either need to make or am treating myself with and still get Bitcoin in return! The withdrawal barrier is also really rather low at only 50,000 Sats which is not the hardest thing to hit once you move to paying for an Uber this way instead of just using your credit or debit card. It's all about really planning out what you want to do and enacting the plan you have come up with but one week alone I earned over 90,000 Sats and that was just for things I needed when moving apartments!
