Dear readers know we strive for the BIG crypto funnies!!  Alas, nothing is funnier nor bigger than the BTC dump that kicked off the last downward swing.  It's hilarious!!  Some whaley game player dumped 16,000 BTC, around half a billy in market value!!

Now, consider for a moment.  There is NEVER any reason to do this, other than pure hostility.  Even if you WANT to HAVE to sell a chunk like that, you break it up to sell some, sell some later.  If you can't do that, you sell it to someone ELSE WHO CAN!!! NOONE but evil price action intentions DOES that!! : a PURE D-ckhead move !!! Bewah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, ner ner!!  : oh WAIT!! did it hit at the same time as the neggy NYT article THAT's funny!! Hit like a bug on the windshield!! 

Ahh, the NYTs getting RATIOED on twitter!! : in an oddly coordinated attack, the NYT dumps on crypto.   But this time the people bite back!! Some said the NYT sez believe crypto is bad just because we tell you!! 

#stopthepresses ( hey, here in Miami - #emptyeverytank ) reminded the NYT that they kill trees.  Everybody's wrong in this one, paper mills plant trees, but it's JUST FUNNY!!! 

Ya know what ELSE is crypto funny? When estimating the footprint of bitcoin, no one ever compares BTC to the footprint of guarding - or failing to guard gold ah HA HA HA No one can guard things safely these days ar ar ar   ok ok we will stop.   What's funny crypto news?? the new proposed regulations are that anyone issuing a stablecoin must be a registered, licensed, yada agency.  Zoom out, that's funny, right?  By the Howley act, if the people expect a commodity thing to go UP, then maybe it's a security.  Since a stablecoin is NEVER expected to go "up" they should be free from SEC regs!!

Let the market decide if a stablecoin is stable!!!! 

Zoom out for another big funny - Derebit is offering free spot trading on BTC and ETH.  Already #1 in derivatives, arguably the most important exchange in the world is now pickup up the slack from Binance.  The Funny part?? None of these companies are in the US where they should be. The CME should be offering BTC and ETH spot trading for low fees to compete!! 

This always strikes us as SUPER funny : the USA is on a short list of really sleazy places!!! 

We mean it!! the list of countries where Derebit is banned.  There's the US, plus US virgins,P.R, Samoa, Panama, and, hate us for it, Canada, the 51st state!! Oddly, Japan too.  But after that??  Cuba, Guam, Iran, Iraq, north korea, the sudan, syria, . 

Don't trust us, link below, just sayin, not for nutthin, Syria is THE worst country on the Human Freedom index.   Sudan  is a top five, and Iran, Iraq  top ten, North Korea??  CUBA??  WHAT the $#@@($*&#$ is Merica DOING on that list!!!  Only 3 G20 countries ON that scummy list!!!!

Dear readers know we hated ordinals for bloating blocks and squeezing small nodes.  then we thought well, ordinals will pay miners for ever.  THEN, we learned about $#$()#$#)* bitcoin STAMPS. 

:  Yes, some $($#($&(*& bunny decides to bloat the transaction outputs, always impossible to prune.  This is basically the virus that could kill BTC.  How much would it cost to just tie up ALL the blockchains with nonsense? What is it now, 2,800,000 sats for a dollar right now?? : Just because you CAN does NOT mean you SHOULD.  It's just like eating epic amounts of junk food!!
