The CHIA price is rising and there is a lot of development going on both by the CHIA team and also third parties.
First you need to plot; the Madmax plotter really speeds up the process, to farm you'll need to start a node and sync the CHIA block chain via GUI or CLI.
Pooling started a while back and there's been some innovation there; for example Flexpool have developed their own pool software and FlexFarmer which enables you to farm plots, with Flexpool, with say a low power (and cheap) Rasp Pi 4 without running and maintaining a full node.

Space Pool has accelerated and recently seems to have refined it's own operation.
Next up a Metamask-like DeFi SPV wallet for Chia that installs on Chrome (a simplified payment verification wallet doesn't need to download the entire blockchain to send and receive coins) which is really smooth, Nucle.io, apparently they have embraced the pronunciation of "knuckle" and added some "tails" tokens (Sega, Sonic reference there!). You seem to get tails tokens with every transaction.
