Gemini support in brave stable, ipfs fix and more! - brave stable commit update

After such a long wait! Gemini wallet support is official on BRAVE Stable (as well as bug fixes and feature additions)! Finally. Also, a "fix for IPFS links not being fully displayed in the Brave Rewards panel" was issued as well. Along with a fix for "inconsistent capitalization in menu items on Windows and Linux".

Furthermore, all you Uphold users still having issues, they've "Added Uphold user ID under brave://rewards-internals to assist with rewards support", which makes it much easier to get assistance if you've yet to receive your BAT that's rightfully supposed to be accredited. 

Additionally, a wallet fix was implemented for "Removed the Brave Rewards semi-verified user wallet state which occurred in certain cases". I'm excited to hear this! As I am on the Brave Community Forums quite a lot. Finalization towards a major issue is always something good to see from a developer in any form. Especially when it's related to Crypto-currency.
