According to TASS - Rusian news agency, some of the forcess amassed by Russia at the Ukraine border are returning to barracs. This is still unconfirmed by intelligence from other countries, but might indicate a change in the tune of this soon-to-be conflict and possibly some first signs of deescalation. Forgive this super short post, but the info is out less than 30 min as I write this, and I want to break it to you as soon as possible.
