Lets tackle this head on because chances are this French law will be spread throughout the EU just like that proposed ban on privacy cryptos way back in 2020 which is now slowly but surely being adopted in all of the EU. So apparently Micrboy Macron's France thinks online exams are trustworthy.??
I've seen some of the craziest and high level espionage type cheating in my days at school. I've seen universities careless enough to try and save time by handing out the blank sheets of paper meant for the answers in advance on all the tables before the students were allowed in, only to have some of us...I mean them, write full texts and answers on the back of a similar paper as these were widely available throughout the whole year during regular classes, and upon entering the classroom for the exam either quickly replace or put that one underneath the actual blank paper and voila, +2 hours of uninterrupted and unseen cheating at your disposal.
Now some might ask how you get rid of all the answers written on the cheat paper without anyone noticing. No one needed to because the scribbling on it was written just before the exam with one of these.
Sometimes they didn't hand these papers out in advance and the entire table needed to be empty before they would start distributing anything, it really depended on the assistants the examiner had that day so some of the more thoughtful/desperate students also had one of these just in case the entire sheet of cheats couldn't make it through and they still wanted a chance at passing without doing any actual studying:
If only they spend that much time and effort on the actual studying, but anyways the reason I mention this is what on earth makes France think the 1000 some people who obtained this 'crypto influencer certificate' from behind a computer or phone at the comfort of their own home, did so themselves without any foul play?

It doesn't give a whole lot of info on the technical procedure, but I assume this one is online based as well and hence as meaningful as water flowing on a bridge.
I guess we should appreciate that at least something is being done to tackle these filth who purposely and knowingly scam their audience, but as the saying goes 'this ain't it chief'.
