Among the first crypto that I bought almost 1 year and a half it was also EOS. At that time I was trying to buy and to invest only in "secure" projects. While reading about the projects, I found that EOS was among those projects that is worthy to invest your money. I bought few of them, not a lot. But I still have those EOS tokens into my wallet. It seems that it is a long term investment, since the price has dropped a lot since then. Of course, I had an opportunity to make a good profit when EOS reached the price of $15, but at that time I taught that we were going to the Moon (when you are young, you believe in fairytales).
I've almost forgot that I have EOS into one of my wallets, but in the last few days I've saw that EOS was one of the projects performing very well in the first 100 crypto projects both on CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap. At the time of this writing EOS had a growth of almost 20% in the last 24 hours and almost 40% in the last week. If we analyze the entire market, we may consider that this growth is quite interesting. Of course, even more if you had bought some EOS few weeks ago, when the price was down.
Looking at the 4h chart, we may notice that the price was even higher, but a correction is quite expected in the upcoming hours. It doesn't mean that the price can't go higher. It can cool down a little bit, close to the EMA100 line and then it may continue this trend.
On the other hand, looking at the 1D chart, we may observe that EOS may found a strong resistance, namely the EMA200 line. Even if the price was a little bit above the EMA200 line, it was quickly corrected. Let's see if this means a test of the EMA200 line and then the price will continue its growth in the upcoming days. If the market will not experience a serious dump or crash in the next days, I expect to see EOS even at higher prices. But at the same time we may observe on the chart that we had another growth in April 2022 when EOS reached the EMA200 line and was rejected, continuing its downtrend. The different now is that it seems there is a testing of the EMA200 line, but we need to wait few more days to see if we can co higher.
However, even if EOS has taken me by surprise with this growth and I'm hoping to see the price even higher to take back at least my first investment into these tokens, the fear sentiment in the market doesn't make me to be too optimistic regarding the price that may be reached by EOS in the last week of August. But who knows, maybe I will be surprised to see EOS at higher prices.
