Hi, welcome to my Doctor Who block-chain card game article??

???????????,?????????:https://reurl.cc/5oE0pn

When the time back to the end of 2020, the British Broadcasting Corporation announced that it would cooperate with RGG(Reality Gaming Group) to launch the first block-chain card game for its longevity album Doctor Who, and began to open card Pres-sales, it has already passed for a half-year.

Today, RGG finally unveiled to everyone the mystery of the long-awaited secondary trading market.

From now on, players will be able to find the limited alien card frames that they have missed in the past on the market, or buy and exchange cards from other players that they don’t have. This article will tell you about playing in the Doctor. In the Who: Worlds Apart game, all the information related to the secondary market version 1.0.0! ?

PS. So far, the 1.0.0 version does not have the function of P2P card exchange system between players, but it will be updated and launched in the near future.

If you have ever entered the official website, you should find that it has a new icon named Marketplace appearing at the top of the official website, an option named My Wallet has also been added to the personal profile list.

But we will talk about the Marketplace later, let’s talk about what's the use of My Wallet first.

After clicking on My Wallet, there are two pieces of information here, namely "Buy vUSD" and "Transfer Cards".

  • Buy vUSD: Because players need to use vUSD to spend in the secondary market. Therefore, you need to make purchases on this page before entering the secondary market; and vUSD currently accepts credit cards and crypto for purchases; as time progresses in the future, the types of payment options that the game can accept will gradually increase.
  • Transfer Cards: We know that a major feature of a block-chain game is that it allows

players to truly own their digital assets

In the previous online games, it looks more like players are buying the lease rights of items from the company, rather than purchasing the assets directly.

Every time the server shuts down, the assets accumulated by the players also disappear at the same time.

However, Doctor Who: Worlds Apart is a block-chain game. Any card in the game is a Non-Fungible Token, which ensures the uniqueness of each card, and the token is also stored on the private chain of the RGG company.

PS. Now is on ETH, but will on the polygon/matic in the next few months.

Therefore, when players have the opportunity to obtain a card with high market value, the player can withdraw the card from the game to their own crypto wallet by paying the gas fee for block-chain-transferring.

The card's information such as the serial number and other unique features will also be kept, and it can be put on the large NFT trading markets such as Opensea!

Now, when we know how to obtain the currency used in the secondary market and withdraw the cards we own, it's time to officially introduce how to participate in the secondary market in the game!

First of all, when players want to sell their own cards, they can do it in two ways. The first is to enter the player's own card library called "Collection", and the second is to directly click on the button called Marketplace.

  • Sell from your Collection:
When the player clicks on the Collection, they can see that the cards they own have already been neatly arranged in a matrix, and the corresponding information has been marked on the top. In addition to some familiar information representing the card, there are two additional information, namely

    1. Circulating: It means that how many cards in this kind of combo are there in the current entire game. For example, the 12th Doctor with the Cyber Warrior frame, currently there are 45 cards total in the entire Doctor Who game.

    2. Avg.Price:Represents the current average value of the card in the secondary market.

PS. the reason why it shows N/A is just because I took the photo too early. the market doesn't have the product on sales yet.

If we choose to tap a card, the picture below will be displayed, and we can click the blue Sell button to sell the card we own.

Players can also use the " For Sale " button to find out if the cards of this combination are currently on the market.

After pressing the " Sell " button, this picture will appear to ask the player what the selling price is. It will take 5% for the handling fee.

The handling fee will be invested in the game's fund pool and used for charity and other purposes in the future.

If the player has a Founder Token, then the handling fee can be waived.

Question! What if a player put the wrong card or price on the market?

Don’t worry, after the card is listed on the market, there will be an extra Remove button on the original Cards page. Just click the card you want to remove. Then press the " Remove " button to cancel the sale.

System will also appear this message to notify the player after the successful cancellation.

  • Sell from Marketplace:
The player can see that there are two types of purchase options, namely "single sale" and "bundle sale" when the player clicks on the Marketplace.

Different from the way of selling cards from player’s Collection, although there is no way to know how many cards are currently circulating in the market, the player can directly select multiple cards through the Create Listing/Bundle button on the right. Put them on the shelves individually, or bundle them into a combination for sale.
