Deregulation preachers: Freedom defenders or authoritarian fascists?

You might have read some of the posts written by government-obsessed @Alucardlife. In case you have not, everything in those posts is about freedom from the (US) government-imposed regulations. He even goes to say, he is on a mission to set us free from such regulations. He is a crusader. Unless he is not. Let's see.

This freedom defender - and others like him - doesn't like objections of any kind. Is it because he/they has/have weak or no arguments? Who knows? Any comment posted under his/their posts expressing such objections is deleted within minutes, unless the objection isn't very clear. Oh, yes. He/they will come up with childish excuses about why he/they is/are deleting comments, but the bottom line is that you are not free to express any objections. In case you didn't get it, the freedom defender does not care about your freedom, unless you agree with him/her.

Maybe it's because deregulation preachers do not like regulations at all - you may say - to the point they refuse to discuss anything about rules and regulations. Let's accept that for a minute. Refusing to enter a discussion about regulations is one thing. And it's acceptable. Deleting comments expressing objections to their opinion, though, is something entirely different.

Take @Alucardlife for instance. He is totally against SEC-imposed regulations to the crypto-currency markets. Everyone should be free to issue their own token, trade any token available, on any exchange. Right? Hmmm... not quite. In his post titled 'Why Crypto Shills Think All Criticism is FUD', he is telling you that you shouldn't invest or trade in certain types of tokens, unless you don't mind losing your money. He even goes to name some of those tokens. He is going to 'even forgive you if you go into more speculative projects' (sic), but he won't forgive you if you go into projects he tells you not to. Because @Alucardlife knows better than you. And better than the SEC. Maybe, he even knows better than God almighty, but he is humble enough to claim such a thing in public.

So, it's not that he doesn't like regulations. He does. He even went to issue a set of regulations, that you have to follow if you wish to be his 'friend'. And guess what? His 'regulations' are far more strict compared to regulations issued by the SEC. Let's admit it: the whole thing is not about regulations. It's about who is making those regulations. If it's @Alucardlife, then regulations are a good thing. If it's the SEC or the government, then regulations are evil.

Deregulation preachers are not into defending your freedom. They are into imposing their own 'freedom', over everyone else's - including yours.
