Cointiply Halloween Spin To Win - Updates & Tips

Hello everyone!

Cointiply launched last week its Halloween special - Halloween Spin To Win. As usual with COINTIPLY specials, there are buckets of coins to earn and win on top of your usual earnings. Until the end of the month you get an enormous +13% bonus on all offers, the largest bonus I have seen in the past 15 months I have been on Cointiply. The other bonus came in the form of a slot machine spins, where you can collect pumpkins to earn up to a 1.7M coins bonus!

After a week I have already modified my approach to this special to try to maximize my earnings and collect all 13 pumpkins. On day 2, Cointiply also implemented a new, desperately needed feature for the slot machine - the auto spin.

Let's review and discuss all these updates.

The Auto Spin

Very quickly it appears that spinning the slot machine to collect pumpkins would be extremely time consuming. It was almost taking 2 seconds per spin, an infinity when you need to spin thousands of times. I was not the only one to ask for a way to auto spin or "batch" spins in order to facilitate the process. As it seemed that they had anticipated this, Cointiply answered promptly. On Wednesday, the auto-spin button made its debut. With one click you can now triggered 100 spins.

It will still take about 1.5 minutes to go through all the spins but at least you don't to click 100 times or stay and watch it. Better? You can even have 2 devices spinning your pumpkins simultaneously to go even faster. I did this a couple times and doesn't seem to be an issue.

I went as high as 3,000 spins remaining (and this isn't much in my opinion, I'm sure some users may have 10,000s of spins stacked) this weekend and the auto-spin + 2x device use helps greatly.

My Pumpkin Collection

So far, I have unlocked 11 pumpkins for a total of about 200,000 bonus coins - a pretty cool reward in my opinion.

With minimal activity I was able to collect my first 9 pumpkins. It took me then about 2 days and ~3-5k spins to reach pumpkin number 10. Surprisingly, or luckily maybe, pumpkin number 11 was unlocked soon after.

As the odds of unlocking pumpkin decrease, getting the last 2 pumpkins may take a while, if I ever get them. I'll try my best for sure, 1.7M extra coins is massive!

Getting The Most Spins

I had not really read the fine prints of the Halloween Spin To Win at first but quickly realize the little catch for the spin collection:

At most, you can only earn 100 spins per offer. Whether you complete a 1,000 coins survey or the Etoro mega offer for 800k coins, you'll get the same 100 spins! And that changes significantly my approach to this special.

I'm not saying you should not do anything with a reward above 1,000 coins, far from that. A good offer is still a good offer, especially with a +13% bonus on top of it. A 30k coins surveys for 15 minutes is still a steal. But when facing a choice between a 10k coins survey for 10 mins or a 4k coins survey for 5 minutes, I'll go with the shorter one until the end of the month.

In fact, I'm chasing down these little 2-3 minutes surveys for 1-2k coins, and I'll occasionally do a big reward survey if the time/reward ratio is very good.

My approach for the Hideout.tv points however is dramatically different in the Halloween Spin to Win environment. Entering this October special I had about 3k points to redeem, which I did while activating a few consumable items. I got 20k coins in return, not bad. But I only got 100 spins for this... After reading the fine prints of this special I adjusted my strategy as follow: I'm redeeming my points as soon as I reach 150-200 Hideout.tv points, which gives me around 1,000 coins and about 100 spins. In the process I realized something I would not have known otherwise, you can only make 3 coin redemptions per day.

With all these spins adding up, don't forget to spin as often as possible. I'm not to a point where I have thousands of spins waiting, especially as I'm not pushing hard on surveys these days but I definitely don't want to be in a situation where I can't use all my spins and it's October 31st.

No Huge Chat Rain Pools, Only Very Large Ones!

Lastly, I thought this was rather ironical. For this Halloween special Cointiply didn't specified there would be huge Chat Rain Pools as it usually is the case with their special. Pools of 20-50k coins were standards during these times. But as it turned out, Chat Rain Pools are just about that size anyway these days. Maybe simply more users are attracted to the +13% bonus and the free spins and therefore complete for offers anyway, in turn filling up the Chat Rain Pools more than usual.

Regardless, there always a substantial amount of coins to be shared and getting several hundreds of coins per pool should not be too complicated. Don't miss out on these free coins!

Anyway, that's all for my updates and news here. I hope you can collect as many pumpkins as possible. As fore me, I'll be chasing the 13th one!
