Prerequisites for registration
1. Registration is possible through each of the following procedures:
- Daedalus Mainnet (PC, without hardware wallet).
- Yoroi mobile version (iOS and Android, without hardware wallet)
- Yoroi browser extension (PC, without hardware wallet)
- Adalite-Ledger](Catalyst voting registration on Adalite | by AdaLite wallet | Jun, 2021 | Medium) (PC, hardware wallet, no mobile support)
- Adalite-Mnemonics (PC, hardware wallet)
- Hardware wallet via CLI interface + Guide
2. Minimum requirement of 500 ADA excluding rewards.
3. Before registering, you must install the latest version of the Catalyst Voting application on your mobile device (version 0.1.11).
- Android users : Download "Catalyst Voting" from the Google Play store.
- iOS users : Download "Catalyst Voting" from the iOS store.
4. Registration must be completed by the closing date: June 11, 2021 11:00 UTC.
5. Note: there is a registration fee of 0.17 ADA 6.
Registration:
1. Download the latest version of the Catalyst Voting app on your mobile device (version 0.1.11) 2.
2. In the latest version of Daedalus, navigate to the voting registration page from the left menu.
3. Choose the wallet you wish to vote with and click "Continue" (make sure the wallet contains the minimum amount required to vote: 500 ADA excluding rewards).
Note: this amount must remain in this wallet until the snapshot, which will capture your voting power. Dates and times of each Fund's snapshot will be announced through our official social and communication channels.
4. Enter your wallet spending password and click "Submit registration transaction":
5. Wait approximately 5 minutes for the transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain and click "Continue". It is important not to close Daedalus during this time, otherwise your registration will be cancelled and you will have to start over:
6. Enter a 4-digit PIN code of your choice, confirm it and click "Continue". Please be sure to remember or write it down, as you will need it to vote later. Keep in mind that loss of the PIN will not allow you to vote and you will have to repeat the registration process to select a new PIN:
7. Your QR code will be generated. Be sure to save it: you can take a screenshot or save it as a PDF file. Note that the QR code is not saved anywhere and if you lose it you will not be able to vote. You will need to repeat the registration process to get a new QR. Confirm that you understand this by checking both checkboxes and click "Close":
8. Open the Catalyst Voting application on your mobile device and press
"Let's start" or

9. Then click:

and scan the QR code you received in step 7.
11. Enter the 4-digit PIN code you set in step 6 and press
"Decrypt and set access code"

This concludes the registration process.
Voting
12. Now you will have to wait for the voting to start. When voting starts, you will see your voting power, corresponding to the amount of ADA you had in your wallet at the time of the snapshot. In our case, the voting power will be 1003.
13. Voting begins and you will receive your voting proxy. Please wait up to 10 minutes for your upload. During the wait, you can consult the challenges:
14. Consult the different proposals and cast your vote (Yes or No). You can vote for a single proposal, for several or for all proposals, it is up to you. You can review and modify your votes at any time in the "My votes" section. The number of votes will not affect the amount of your reward, the same as if you do not vote at all.
15. After each vote, the Catalyst Voting application will indicate that your votes have not yet been submitted.
16. Once you are ready to submit your votes, access the "My Votes" section and tap "Cast My Votes".
17. Enter your PIN (you selected it in step 6) to authorize the votes and click "Confirm".
18. A confirmation message will appear saying that your votes have been sent to the blockchain. This concludes the voting process.
Note: You can vote again while the voting round is in progress. Each time you vote, you will be overwriting the previous vote, meaning that only the last vote is valid. Proposals you have already visited will not have a blue border on the right side:

If you registered with Daedalus, submit a support request from the Catalyst Voting application.
If you registered with Yoroi, submit a request.
