Cardano price today is around $1,28 USD. The current CoinMarketCap ranking is #4, with a live market cap of $40 739 187 332 USD. It has a circulating supply of 31 948 309 441 ADA coins and a max. supply of 45 000 000 000 ADA coins.
BTC Price
The first thing to consider is what bitcoin done in the past. As we can see on the chart Bitcoin should do theoretically 10x from previous ATH market cycle. So theoretical max for bitcoin this cycle is probably between 100k to 200k so that is what we can get with bitcoin.
ADA/USD
So how high can we get with ADA? We know the last cycle peak was at around 1.36 so we could suppose that maybe it will put 10x from the previous peak then maybe ADA can reach 13-14$. Well the market capitalization of ADA would be then around 320 billion dollars which seems pretty realistic only if the global crypto market cap will be around 10 Trillion dollar.
ADA/BTC
Let's have a look at the ADA/BTC valuation because this could also provide some view on where ADA could peak. In best case scenario where ADA made it back to this point where were in early January 2018, the price of ADA will be around 9000 satoshi's. But where will be the price of Bitcoin at the time. In theory if bitcoin will be 100k dollars then the price of ADA will be around of 8-9$ so we could get 9$ ADA if Bitcoin were to go to 100k and ADA made it back to that level. Bitcoin obviously can go to 150k but historically we know that bitcoin get peak before other coins, so there is possibility that bitcoin goes to 150k then go back to 100k and then ADA will reach the peak.
ADA/ETH
Let's have a look at the ADA/ETH valuation.If ETH were to go to a peak of around 10k dollars and ADA/ETH will reach around 0.0015 then we could get ADA around 15$.
Conclusion
To sum up my price predictions for ADA is around 6-8$, because i think that 10 Trillion global market cap is really hard to achieve. Don't get me wrong, it is possible but realistically it is gonna be around 6-8$.
