Hey guys, and welcome to the first instalment of Bullish Cooking! I’ve been trying to sharpen my culinary skills lately, so I thought I’d share some of what I’m making with everyone! Running up the bag works up an appetite too, and we’re gonna need some snacks on the moon!
Today we’re gonna make guacamole! It’s pretty easy, but I’d never made it myself until today, and it’s definitely worth it, it’s far and away better when freshly made!
Required Tools:
Spoons
Bowls
Knives
Cutting board
Ingredients used:
2 avacados, minus skin and pit
1/3 of a red onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, diced
1 heirloom tomato, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
4g chilli flakes
Large handful of cilantro, diced
Lime juice
Get a bowl out and put your avacado (minus the skin and the pit) in there. Mash that baby up, make it a nice green paste, pretend you’re leading an insurgency against little green aliens and they just committed war crimes against your people. Add in the red onion, garlic, chilli flakes and jalapeno pepper. Mix it all together well, adding the cilantro as you do. Slowly add lime juice to your preference, tasting as you go. Finally add in the diced tomato, mix it up, and serve with chips ??
