Bitcoin opened the day near 10,300 USD price level, and by 02:23 UTC, it started showing its first fall. At 05:48 UTC, the Bitcoin price was trading at 9767.77 USD. However, it was followed by a hike of 4.43% that took the BTC coin to 10,200.34 USD by 11:52 UTC. Similarly, Ripple coin had its first swing as a deduction in the value against USD. Starting from 01:41 UTC to 05:49 UTC, the coin was down by 3.92%. From 05:49 UTC, Ripple started strengthening and reached 0.2618 USD by 09:38 UTC.

The third swing in BTC price came as another phase of growth between 14:57 UTC and 17:16 UTC. This took the Bitcoin to the highest point of the day at 10,538 USD. The last swing came as a shock to the market when Bitcoin fell to 10,243 USD by 01:05 UTC of today. XRP, on the other hand, started gaining soon and by 17:13 UTC, it was being traded near 0.2633 USD. The final variation cut 0.0041 USD from the Ripple coin and pushed coin price to 0.2592 USD.
