- Major companies have also invested in Bitcoin, such as Microstrategy's $426 million capital allocation and Square's $50 million investment, both of which gained a lot of media attention
- PayPal’s support for cryptocurrencies has also excited investors for its adoption potential, as it exposed cryptocurrencies to a user base of approximately 270 million
- The rally has also spurred once-critic JPMorgan Chase to say that “Bitcoin could double or triple its value”
